Top 5 Auto Thieves Named In Fresno

The Fresno Police Department announced their Top 5 Auto Thieves on Thursday.

#1 Vincent Madrid

Wanted for auto theft and felony evading. Also on probation for auto theft and has an outstanding probation warrant for his arrest.

#2 Monica Macias

Wanted for auto theft and has 6 outstanding warrants. Also named as a prolific identity thief.

#3 Tomas Hueso

Active in Southwest Fresno. Currently has two outstanding felony warrants.

#4 Donald Dibble

Prior arrest for Chop Shop and currently has two outstanding warrants.

#5 Daniel Zajac

Active in Northeast Fresno and Clovis. Currently has five outstanding felony warrants.
