Knockout Nutrition and Workout 6/25

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) - We should all know by now that the most important keys to living a healthy lifestyle is eating right and regular exercise.

That's why every Wednesday we invite former boxer and nutrition expert, Jenifer Alcorn, to share some knockout nutrition tips and this week she talked about easy and healthy snacks ideas.

Snack Ideas:

– 1/2 cup sliced banana with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

– 4 whole–grain crackers spread with 1 tablespoon hummus

– 1/4 cup dried fruits and nuts

– 6 ounces of plain nonfat yogurt mixed with 1 tablespoon granola
