Orange Cove Police Say Man Rammed Patrol Car

ORANGE COVE, Calif. (KMPH) -

UPDATE: Police arrested Juan Dias after they were tipped off about his whereabouts.



Police in Orange Cove are asking for the public's help locating a wanted felon.

Police say they pulled over a 1995 Suburban with expired tags on Monday but the driver refused to provide his name or identification.

The man used his vehicle to ram the Orange Cove police cruiser, causing moderate damage and disabling it.

The man was later identified as 30-year-old Juan Alberto Dias.
