Minco Technology Labs, LLC Announces Enhanced Test Services using Krypton-85

With the Radiflo? process, Minco Technology Labs, LLC, now offers its customers a method to perform both Fine and Gross Leak Testing.

With the Radiflo? process, Minco Technology Labs, LLC, now offers its customers a method to perform both Fine and Gross Leak Testing, while mitigating risk for test escapes associated with Fluorocarbon masking.

The Radiflo? process is a “Reference-Standard” by the Defense Logistics Agency and is needed for all semiconductor components supplied to MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-883 Class K, and MIL-STD-883 Class S.
