Feinstein: Drought Relief Bill Won't Be A "Mind Blower"

Senator Dianne Feinstein is getting close to presenting her own solution to the valley water crisis.

Feinstein says her staff is pushing her to release it.

But it's being delayed by some fine tuning.

Senator Feinstein says her drought relief bill won't be a "mind-blower."

But she says it will outline things that can be done now that it's started to rain.

The bill is being co-sponsored by Barbara Boxer.

The House of Reps passed their version of emergency drought relief this week.

Representatives are now waiting to see what's in the bill.

The house expects there will have to be some sort of compromise on drought legislation.
