Rest In Peace Cash Shank Of Visalia, One Of Our St. Jude Kids

Posted:
VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) -

For the past ten years, we have shared with you the incredible miracles performed every day at Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.

You have helped us raise more than $9 million to fund lifesaving treatment for children fighting devastating illnesses.

Several children here in the Valley have been helped by your generosity, but we are sad to share that there is still much more work to be done.

Six-year-old Cash Shank of Visalia lost his brave battle with brain cancer overnight. He was one of our special Saint Jude kids.

It has been our privilege to share his story over the past year and know his courage and spunk touched and inspired so many.

We send our love to his friends and family. We hope you find peace, cash.
