Coffee Helps Lower Diabetes Risk - Even Decaf


A new study shows coffee can help fight Diabetes, even if it's decaf.

Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health found a combination of chemicals in coffee beans affects metabolism and lowers blood sugar levels.

The link was found regardless of caffeine.

And, it appears the more people drink, the lower their risk.

In fact, one cup of coffee a day lowered the risk of Type– 2 Diabetes by 8 – percent in this study.

Up to six cups lowered the risk by a third.
