Former boxer and nutrition expert, Jenifer Alcorn, visited Great Day to talk about foods that help with memory and to show some exercises you can do with your kids.

Foods that could reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease:

Nuts - Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Almonds, Pecans

Fish - Salmon, Mackerel, Sardines

Berries - Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, any berries

Greens - Kale, Spinach, etc.

Turmeric - Use as spice, include in smoothie

Coffee & Dark Chocolate Too!
