Clovis Ranks 20th on List of Best California Cities for Job Seekers

CLOVIS, Calif. (KMPH) -

If you're looking for a job, relocating to Clovis might be good career move.

The website nerdwallet.com recently released a list of the top 20 cities for job seekers. Clovis just made the cut, coming in at number 20.

The rankings were based on three criteria: growth of the working-age population, cost of living and unemployment rate.

In 2013, Clovis had an unemployment rate of 5.1 percent, which falls within the 4-6 percent range considered to be healthy.

San Ramon, Calif., topped the list while another Valley city, Bakersfield, came in at number 13.
