San Francisco Transformed Into Gotham City For Make-A-Wish's 'Bat Kid'

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Five-year-old Miles was diagnosed with leukemia when he was just a year old.

So when the Make-A-Wish Foundation learned he wanted to become the caped crusader, Batman, they got to work.

More than 10,000 people volunteered to transform the city into Gotham City to help Batkid run around the city with Batman in the Bat Mobile, stopping crimes and rescuing people.

Even the police are involved and the San Francisco Police Chief got to be Commissioner Gordon.
