Car Smashes Into Building: Driver Mistakes Gas Pedal For Brake, Police Say

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

A woman on Monday morning drover her car into a northwest Fresno cigarette shop.

The accident happened around 10:15 a.m. near the corner of Bullard and West avenues.

Police say the woman hit the gas instead of the bake, causing her car to smash through the window of the Green Mile Smoke Shop.

The woman is expected to be OK, police said.
