WOODLAKE, Calif. (KMPH) -

A man is dead after an overnight home invasion near Woodlake, the Tulare County Sheriff's Office said.

Raul Gonzalez was found by Tulare County deputies late Sunday night inside of his home on Avenue 376 and Milwood Drive.

Deputies say just after 11 p.m., several men cut the phone line to the home, entered the home, demanded money and then shot the 30-year-old man.

Deputies also found marijuana growing outside of the home.

Deputies say the men got away with several pounds of processed marijuana.
