Officer Involved In Deadly Merced Shooting

MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) -

The Merced County Sheriff's Department is investigating a deadly shooting involving Cereus police officers.

The shooting happened sometime between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., the sheriff's department said.

No officers were injured in the shooting.

Mark Pazin, Merced County's sheriff, is holding a press conference Wednesday morning where he is releasing more details on the shooting.
