Central Valley Jobs: Two Job Fairs To Be Held

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) -

Two separate job fairs for people interested in child care and teaching in South Valley schools are being held this week.

A job fair is being hosted Tuesday morning by the Economics Opportunities Commission for its Head Start and Early Start programs.

The fair lasts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1189 Martin Street near Thorne and Fresno streets.

Positions available include teacher's assistant, caregiver, receptionist and food service.

In a separate fair on Wednesday, Brandman University Hanford campus will hold its second-annual Teacher Job Fair.

The fair will be held from noon to 4 p.m. at 325 Mall Drive in Hanford .

More than 20 job openings at from nearby schools will be available.

To enter, attendees must show either proof of a teaching credential, internship eligibility or proof of degree completion by the fall of 2013 to enter.
