Child Porn Investigation Nabs Two Central Valley Men

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) -

Two men were arrested on child pornography charges following an investigation by the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Jesus Manuel Andrade, 25, of Selma, and 36-year-old David Hume of Fresno were identified during an ongoing proactive investigation targeting suspects who use peer-to-peer networks to download and distribute child pornography.

Andrade was arrested on Tuesday in the 2500 block of Goldenbridge Street in the first investigation. Officers seized several computer during the service of the search warrant. Detectives discovered several videos depicting children being sexually abused.

Hume was arrested in the 5000 block of E Ashlan Ave. as he was leaving the home. During the investigation, detectives discovered several videos on Hume's computer depicting children being sexually abused. Detectives also learned that Hume had actually met with a boy after meeting him via social media.

Both men were arrested and booked into the Fresno County jail on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography.

Both investigations are continuing.
