FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -
Fresno police have identified the 56-year-old woman who was gunned down Sunday in her southeast Fresno duplex.
Officer found Xia Lee around 4:45 p.m. with a gunshot wound to her upper body inside of her home in the 4700 block of East Hedges Avenue.
Lee was transported to Community Regional Medical Center where she later died.
There were family members inside of the home when the shooting took place, police said.
No other injuries were reported.
Witnesses say a dark-colored vehicle drive by the residence and that shots were fired from the vehicle, according to police reports.
The shooting is currently under investigation.
