Plane Makes Emergency Landing In Fresno Field

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

A small plane made an emergency landing in a southwest Fresno field Monday afternoon.

The plane, a 1979 Piper Aircraft, came to rest in an upright position near Walnut and Church avenues. The plane was registered in Fresno.

The pilot and a flying instructor who was aboard the plane were not injured.
