Credit card skimmers strike again in Madera County.
Thieves charged thousands of dollars to other people's accounts, after copying the magnetic strip off their cards.
Here's what we know right now.
The sheriff says the credit card information was stolen from a gas station — The 22–Mile House along Highway 41.
He says the numbers were skimmed in late November and December.
At least six people were hit, and there are likely more victims.
The sheriff says the money was spent in Las Vegas and Southern California.
