Ice, Ice, Baby: Hanford Koi Pond Freezes Over

If you were ever in doubt of how cold it is in the Valley, take a look at this picture.

Imagine this woman's surprise when she went out to her koi pond Monday morning and found a thin layer of ice!

This was taken north of hanford around ten o'clock.

The National Weather Service says temps were in the low 20's at the time.
