The annual Doc Buchanan Wrestling Invitational is underway at Clovis High School.
The tournament is a dream come true for wrestling fans. 100 teams and more than 400 athletes are competing, so they are packing a lot of action into the two day event.
Most of the schools are from the far west, but the field does include a team from Pennsylvania that is ranked number two in the nation.
The meet has developed a reputation as one of the best around, with state championship contenders in all weights.
The action continues Saturday morning, with the final matches set to start at 5:30 p.m. at Clovis High.
