MADERA, Calif. (KMPH) -

UPDATE: After this story aired on Thursday, a call was made to Fresno police on Friday morning. Sabas DeleCerda was found and is now safe at home. Authorities say it is still a mystery how he survived four nights without food, shelter, money, or even a coat in downtown Fresno.

Sabas DelaCerda left his residence on Monday and has not been seen or heard from since. He has diminished mental capacities and police are asking for the public's help in locating him.

56-year-old DelaCerda left his home in Madera without his medication or wallet containing his identification.

He is considered an at-risk missing person with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old, and has no teeth. He is about 5' 6", 170 lbs with short all white hair. He left wearing a burgundy sweatshirt, black pants and black tennis shoes.

If you see him you are urged to call the Madera Police Department at 559-675-4220.
