Job Opening: Leasing Consultant for Royal T Management

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and contract renewals. Handling and generating all traffic for leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing move-in paperwork, and conducting the move-ins. Our ideal candidate will provide high quality service to all of our valuable residents and prospects. We will also train you on many Management duties such as scheduling turnover, expense reports, rent collection, preparation and service of legal notices because we strongly believe in promoting within our growing company. This position could easily lead to further advancement opportunities within the company.

Job Requirements:

*Must possess Sales and Customer Service Experience

*Strong Written and Verbal Communication

*Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks

*Able to work weekend and weekday hours between 9am-6pm

*Some College Preferred
