CLOVIS, Calif. (KMPH) -

A Clovis attorney has been arrested on suspicion of possessing child pornography.

Kenneth Cavin, 57, was taken into custody Wednesday at Fowler Avenue and Tollhouse Road, not far from his house.

Clovis police spokeswoman Janet Stoll-Lee says investigators looked over evidence that was collected after they served a search warrant at Cavin's home.

Detectives say they found several photos and videos of children being sexually abused, stories of children being molested, lewd child modeling and cartoon images of obscenity. They believe most of the photos were downloaded from the Internet.

One of the victims was identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Stoll-Lee said.

The case has been forwarded to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
