Fresno St. Continues To Receive Votes In Nat'l Polls

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

The Fresno State football team continues to receive votes in the national football polls. Coming off their bye week, the Dogs take home seven votes in the AP poll and three votes in the Coaches poll. Notre Dame and Alabama are 1–2 in both.

As for the BCS rankings, the same holds true. Notre Dame, the lone undefeated, is a win over USC away from playing in the National Title game. Oregon falls from #2 to #5. Kansas State from #1 to #6. Boise State sneaks back in at #22.

What's most important to the Bulldogs right now is the Mountain West Conference. Three teams are tied for first at (6-1). Boise State has this Saturday off, before traveling to Nevada on December 1st. Fresno State hosts Air Force this week. San Diego State travels to Wyoming. Hopefully the Redwave will be out in full force for the game, Saturday. 40,000 strong need to pack Bulldog Stadium as Fresno State faces Air Force for the conference championship at 12:30 in the afternoon.
