The Fresno State football team can clinch at least a tie for the Mountain West Conference championship by winning its final two games.
The Bulldogs are at Nevada Saturday, then close the regular season at home against Air Force on November 24th.
It has been a long time since Fresno State was in contention for a title this late in the season.
First year head coach Tim DeRuyter likes the fact that his team controls its own destiny, but admits the season ending game against Air Force won't mean anything if the Bulldogs don't beat Nevada.
