FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -
The man known as the "radio bandit" and featured on KMPH's Central Valley's Most Wanted is known for something else: being caught.
That's what Fresno Police say about Robert Davis, the man they arrested in a duplex Monday afternoon.
Davis is accused of stealing police radios that were left for repairs at Cook's Communications.
Investigators say Davis even pretended to be an officer on the radio, and told police on their way the situation was all clear.
Police say they've recovered 13 radios so far.
