RULES FOR THE KFRE CW 59 "The Boss's Disneyland Adventure" CONTEST

The KFRE CW 59 "The Boss's Disneyland Adventure" will begin on Monday, February 13^th, 2012 and end on Friday, February 24^th, 2012. Weekends not included.  Total days contest will be conducted:  10.

Dates of The Boss's Disneyland Adventure:

Thursday March 1^st 2012 at 7am – Friday March 2^nd 2012 11:30pm

DATES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE

Watch KFRE CW 59 Monday through Friday between 7 and 8pm during "The Simpsons" and "TMZ". When you see the call now promo, dial to win! Caller number 5 will win and join the Boss on his Disneyland Adventure. One (1) winner per night will win the "The Boss's Disneyland Adventure" that includes (2) 2-day park hopper tickets to Disneyland CA, transportation with The Boss, $200 Disney Dollars, and a one night stay at Disney's Grand California in Anaheim CA.  Amenities in your hotel room are not included and will be the winner's responsibility.  This contest and the dates for this prize are non-transferable.  You and your guest must be available on the dates provided for this contest.

Total of 10 winners will each receive  "The Boss's Disneyland Adventure" Prize Package;

Total Prize package is value at $1,067.00

All winners and their guests must be over 18 years of age.  KFRE must be notified in advance if any special needs or assistance is required.  All winners must be available March 1^st & 2^nd, 2012. (Dates for contest are non-transferable).  All winners and guests must be at the KFRE Studios located at 5111 E. McKinley Avenue at 7am on March 1st for departure.  All meals will be the winner's responsibility. (Snacks and beverages will be provided on the luxury bus)  Any additional costs during this trip will be the responsibility of the winner.

WINNERS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO BOARD THE BUS IN FRESNO THURSDAY MORNING MARCH 1^st AT 7AM. THE BUS WILL THEN DRIVE TO ANAHIEM, CA. HOTEL STAY AT DISNEY'S GRAND CALIFORNIA THURSDAY NIGHT.  WE RETURN TO FRESNO FRIDAY EVENING. PRIZE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE AND MUST BE USED ON THE DATES LISTED ABOVE.

KFRE and its sponsors accept no responsibility for any and all mishaps or accidents that may occur through the use of the Prize.

The odds of winning the Prize(s) depends on how many people call into the special phone number provided.

To be eligible to play, all qualifiers must meet the following requirements:
Players must give their name, address, phone number, birthdate and Social Security Number.
Players must be at least 18 years of age.
Players must be able to show a valid California ID or Driver's License to claim prize.
Players must be United States citizens or legal residents.

By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license and other fees that may apply.
Contestants are prohibited from winning if they have won a previous KMPH or KFRE contest within 30 days of winning this contest.
KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to change the dates and/or details of this contest at any point during the contest.

To claim winning prize(s), players must fill out completely a Prize Acceptance and Waiver Release form and a W-9 form.
