Our Great Day personal trainer Rich Kreps joined us in Studio B Monday morning to talk about how creating a need for muscle repair will lead to higher metabolism and high production.

Here is an example of a workout that Rich says can help create a need for muscle repair:

-3 minute walk

-Sprint 10 seconds

-10 push-ups

-10 squats

-30 second plank hold

-Walk 2 minutes

-Cool down then repeat
