Making and accomplishing New
Year's goals as moms we easily self-sabotage our goals, dreams, and aspirations.
Three ways that we do this:
1. Fear of
Failure
2. Mommy
Guilt
3. Busyness (selfless moms
put themselves last)
So we need to give ourselves
permission to make our goals, and ultimately ourselves, a priority. This is so important because
when we balance being a mom and being ourselves, we are really better at both.
So how do we go about
pursuing our goals knowing that we get in our own
way?
