The FCC basketball team beat San Francisco, 97-71, to capture the Tip-Off tourney which they host. The same two schools will meet Saturday in the NorCal Championship football game.

The Fresno State women's basketball team gets a good road win at Cal Poly, 79–76. They made clutch free throws in the final seconds to seal it. Alex Sheedy led the Dogs with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
