Jenifer Alcorn joined us on Great Day Wednesday morning to talk about "Man Feast" recipes.

Here is her recipe for Fiery Buffalo Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (wing segments/drummettes)
  • 1 tsp salt, black pepper & chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter buds
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
