Rich Kreps joined us in Studio B Monday morning to show us how get the most out of our resistance training.

He recommends doing push and pull exercises four to five days a week.

If you're looking to lose weight, Rich says 20 minutes of anaerobic exercise six days a week could help you achieve your goal. Rich says you'll want to get that heart rate going then when you're out of breath, stop, recover then start up again.
