We all should know by now that the most important keys to living a healthy lifestyle are exercise and eating right.

Every Wednesday, we're inviting our own nutrition expert Jenifer Alcorn to help us pick the right foods.

Jenifer says it's very important to have breakfast. She says a meal consisting of a protein and a carbohydrate is a good option.

Cereals low in sugar and fat are also good ways to get your day started.
