He says muscles don't grow when we work. Instead, they grow when we recover.
Do as much "damage" to muscles as quickly as possible; then recover as soon as possible.
Rich says you should plan to eat immediately after your workout to keep your metabolism up.
Remember to stay hydrated and get adequate sleep as well.
