KMPH has partnered with this weekend's Fresno Home Remodeling and Decorating Show, along with Valet Organizers and Cabinetry, to give one lucky Valley household a storage makeover.

Our His & Her Storage Makeover Contest started in late June and concluded last week.

And the grand prize winner is... Keith Schneider! He will receive a storage makeover worth $5,000!

Here is Keith's entry that he posted on our Community Correspondent site:

In the 3 years my wife and I have been together, we have spent 16 months of that deployed. We purchased our house last year in time to throw things into the house as I started workups for deployment. As I was preparing to leave for deployment, my wife was separated from the navy for a medical disability and shortly after that I left for deployment. Unable to move boxes herself and being deployed we haven't been able to get organized. The garage is a mess full of boxes of our things; my wife's quilting supplies, and car parts for my project truck. In the master bedroom we have a tiny closet that is full of uniforms but not practical for our everyday clothes. It is less than half the size of the walk-in closet that we had in our rental house and we have resorted to leaving usable clothes packed away due to lack of space. Recently returning from deployment and preparing for another we have not been able to get the garage into order and it continues to be a place to drop things that we don't know where to put. Some help reorganizing would be great as we prepare for yet another deployment and would allow for us to spend quality time together instead of reorganizing and remodeling.
