Great Day got a taste of Italy on Wednesday when Chef Paul DiCicco from DiCicco's Italian Restaurant was live in the Great Day Kitchen.
Chef Paul made his famous Shrimp a la Bella.

Here is the recipe for those who wish to make it at home:
Shrimp a la Bella
Ingredients:
20 Shrimp
2 Zucchini
1 Eggplant
12 Fresh Mushroom
10 Fresh Basil Leaves
8oz Roasted red peppers
12 oz Marinara sauce
6 oz white wine
8 oz Bow Tie Pasta
6 oz olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 pinch of chili flakes
Cooking Instructions:
Grill eggplant/zucchini slices and set aside
Stir-fry roasted red peppers, sliced mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant in olive oil and fresh garlic.
Sautee for a few minutes add marinara sauce then toss with Bow-tie pasta.
Top the dish with shrimp.
