
Steve Sangha from Port of Subs stepped into the Great Day Kitchen on Monday to make their new Grillers.
Sangha showed the crew how to make a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Griller, along with a Hot Pastrami Griller.

Here is the recipe for those of you who wish to try these dishes at home:
Sausage, Egg & Cheese Griller
8" piece of Ciabatta bread
3 Slices of American cheese
3 Sausage patties
2 Eggs
Procedures
Place the sausage on sandwich wrap, place in microwave to heat
Crack 2 eggs in 2 12oz containers, place in microwave to cook
Place the cheese on the bread
Place the sausage on the cheese
Place the egg on the sausage
Spray the griller with a pan spray
Place the top on the sandwich and put in the griller
Medium Hot Pastrami Griller
8" piece of Chabatta bread
3 Slices of Swiss cheese
Pre sliced Pastrami Plate
Procedures
Place the Pastrami in the microwave
Place the cheese on the bread
Place the pastrami on the bread
Spray the griller with pan spray
Place the top on the sandwich and put in the griller
Place the Pastrami in the microwave
